12-month Commitment is for the budget chosen. After the first 12 months, the commitment is month-to-month with a 60-day written notice.
Ad budgets are not paid per click, but rather by CPM (cost per mille), which is a price for every 1,000 impressions an ad receives. CPM prices vary by AD type, ie. Display, CTV, ZTV, OLV, and premium platform placement. The customer decides ad type, placement, and targeting.
