Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All Services rendered by The Kortes Group, LLC, DBA, The SEO Contractor are on a pre-paid subscription basis. Payments are recurring and processed automatically by our merchant PayPal. Our subscriptions are monthly based services with no long-term contracts. Cancellations must be made via email with 30 days notice of next payment to Support@TheKortesGroup.com.
If the client changes his/her mind about doing work with The Kortes Group during the course of the campaign, the client will be responsible for the amount of work already purchased. The Kortes Group does not offer refunds for any reason except for an error on our part. Any client may stop services at any time with a 30 day emailed notice to Support@TheKortesGroup.com. From receipt of notice from the client, The Kortes Group will fulfill the remaining work paid for and agreed upon. In order to protect clients from unintentional service interruption, clients wishing to terminate any services must request the service termination in writing via email to Support@TheKortesGroup.com.
UNDER THIS POLICY

Cancellations may be requested only within the 30-day window prior to the launch of the next month campaign

The Client agrees that no refund shall be given arising from cancellations requested

Cessation of work for Project websites may be requested, and the remaining work may be allocated to another Project URL

TrueLogic reserves the right to first allocate any remaining budget to services that may benefit any other URL belonging to the client

Generally, due to the nature of our work, we do not give any refunds upon cancellation

If a refund is made due to error from The Kortes Group, we would debit the amount for the work agreed upon before cancellation, and refund the amount processed in error after 30 cancellation was requested

Taxes paid on services to regulatory bodies would not be refunded

In the event of any violation to the terms and conditions of our policy, we would cancel the agreement and would not refund anything

We will not refund if any delay happens because of third party participation
